A great camp ran by great people. Owners are really welcoming, lovely people. Hard working coaces who will push you hard, but also joke around and create a positive training enviroment. Lots of pad work, bag work and sparring, and a fair amount of clinch work. I stayed at the deluxe apartments (for six weeks), and was really pleased with the accomodation. Spacious, clean, air conditioned apartment, really close to the gym. Post workout-food is excellent, providing important nutrients, for the most part chicken, rice, veggies and eggs. Highly recommend visiting.

It's the first Muay Thai Gym in Koh Phangan and has been around for over 15 years teaching Muay Thai to both Thais and foreigners of all levels. The gym offers professional Muay Thai training from their highly experienced and qualified instructors for all age groups ranging from beginners to professionals. We make it a priority to keep the student to trainer ratio low so that each student gets the proper attention and guidance they need from their trainers. The gym also has a fully equipped fitness gym on premises and a fully stocked muay thai shop with dietary supplements.
Loved this place. Me and my girlfriend trained here for 2 weeks. I have trained at two other muay thai gyms on Phangan, but this one was the best. The people running this gym are very friendly as well. Clean gym Clean gym, important for me as I do not want infections from blisters under the foot. Great trainers Friendly, funny, and skilled trainers that are attentive. They saw my technique flaws early and I improved a lot during my training here, my punches, kicking, clinching etc. got up a level which I am really thankful for. Group size Not too big groups which gives you more one on one time with the trainers. Well equipped fitness gym The fitness gym is also great, and has everything for a complete workout. When you need to relax and lift some weight. Loved the training sessions with Kru Golf, learned a lot and laughed a lot as well. Thank you Phangan Muay Thai, definitely coming back here and planning a longer stay next time.

Iyengar has completely changed my life. I came to this class with a torn back and many body issues. The instructors lovingly guided me to learn how to use my body properly and continuously provide the exact support I need to fix and prevent injuries. Since coming to this highly engaging and fun class, I have become extremely more capable and functional with my body. My athletic performance has increased. I’ve lost weight. I’m happier and my posture is naturally better ALL THE TIME. This. stuff.works. I recommend trying it out at least 5-6 times in order to truly start to get it.

I took 10 private lessons with Ivan, it sounds dramatic but it facilitated a shift in my entire perspective on life. The structure and flow of the movement mechanics provide a solid foundation that left me feeling like I have my body back. A feeling I haven’t felt since I was a teenager playing football in the park. I’m left with something I can take anywhere, a practise that leaves me wanting more and one that whilst building muscle, increasing flexibility and in my opinion more importantly, rebuilds the network of trust between the mind and body. I feel like Ivan hit my system reboot button and then guided me through the restart process. My zest for life returned with a promising flow. Each class was tailored to my personal requirements on the day which is a testament to Ivan's repertoire of knowledge, experience and wisdom.
