Awesome company, really good at guiding the right ski/ snowboard equipment based on your size and experience. A shuttle bus stops at a hotel which is pretty close Rhyme to measure sizes. Also helps that they can pick up your equipment from your hotel. I found them great because I had no idea on the equipment I needed and half of the employees speak English as first language.

Lessons are provided by both extremely experienced local instructors as well as native English speakers. Hakuba47 Ski Academy International is delighted to teach all ages from 4 years upwards.
I signed up for an intermediate group snowboarding lesson as a refresher after having not snowboarded for at least 5 years. It turned out to be a private lesson with Ben as there were no other participants. I was unsure whether I would remember how to snowboard after a number of years but Ben was always encouraging and was quick to identify to mistakes and bad habits I was making. His advice and attitude to simply have fun made the 2-hour lesson enjoyable and it was a great time of getting to know Ben during that short period of time as well. Thanks for the great time!

Definitely a great mountain with loads of terrain, even on the weekends when it's busy there is space to spread out. The newly opened restaurant at the top of Kitaone lift is worth a visit, it was delicious.

Well organised resort with beautiful open ski fields. Never crowded. Highly recommend the Burger King at half way. Great service.
