Visitors welcome to this small, but beautifully formed vineyard and winery. Barnsole Vineyard produce sparkling English wine, still white and red wines that are available for tasting and for sale directly from the winery door.
We visited on a lovely summer's day, sitting out on the picnic benches with great views of the vines and small winery. We had a really enjoyable tasting with one of the owners and bought a bottle to enjoy there! They were all so friendly and knowledgeable. It was so lovely to support a small vineyard too (compared to others in Kent). Will definitely be going back! And we ended up buying a couple of boxes ????

Had a fantastic time at the curry club last week. The course was really hands on with everyone cooking their own meal from scratch. James & Autumn were really friendly and welcoming, and the food we made was delicious! Would highly recommend.

I have visited many wine estates in Cape Town which have some of the best wines in the world. This newly opened wine estate is not yet fully established but the wines are beautiful. Much nicer than the neighbouring Chapel Down wine estate which is much larger and has been around much much longer. It has more of a ‘commercial’ vibe. The manager was so incredibly welcoming, polite and unpretentious in his approach. We had a lovely chat and tasted 5 beautiful wines. I was quite surprised as I’m not too keen on English wines due to their dryness. Needless to say, we walked away with a couple of bottles although we could’ve bought all of them! We will definitely be back when in the area. Looking forward to seeing this boutique wine estate blossom and get more established. Don’t miss this up and coming wine estate. It’s always nice to buy wine from the estate rather than a supermarket.

Drove by this place wanted drinks so we dropped in. Very nice establishment. Lovely coffee and cakes. This is a good to stop for just coffee and a snack. Don't expect a full course meal as this is a very pleasant tea room. Stocks beer, soft drinks, and grocery.

Our distillery is located in an old victorian coach house, arranged around a central courtyard, and overlooking the fields and forests of Kent. Part of a historic hunting estate, it is now the home of Greensand Ridge Distillery. THE GIN EXPERIENCE is an intimate distillery experience where you'll learn about the art of distilling and distil your own gin on an individual copper pot still.
Fantastic evening at a Gin Experience (givern as birthday treat), Chris was fantastic host and the evening was full of giggles and education on one of my favourite drinks, Gin! Thank you Husband and I came away learning lots and a few bottles????????
