Kedah (Malay pronunciation: [kəˈdɑh]; Jawi: قدح), also known by its honorific Darul Aman or "Abode of Peace", is a state of Malaysia, located in the northwestern part of Peninsular Malaysia. The state covers a total area of over 9,000 km², and it consists of the mainland and Langkawi. The mainland has a relatively flat terrain, which is used to grow rice. Langkawi is an archipelago of islands, most of which are uninhabited. Kedah was called Kadaram (Tamil: கடாரம்; kadāram) by ancient and medieval Tamil people and Syburi (Thai: ไทรบุรี; RTGS: Sai Buri) by the Siamese when it was under their influence.

UPSIDOW is a large 3200 square foot, double story with 16 different areas and rooms. Everything is upside down! You need to think out of the box so only you can let your creativity go wild! Most furniture is built from recycled materials as pallets, oil drums, discarded wood and unwanted pieces of furniture and decorative items. Latest additional of the Transformer characters will be waiting for you at the viewing rooftop. WE SERVE FOOD AT OUR FOOD COURT At our food court, we have a repurposed Bas Mini from Kuala Lumpur. The BAS BURGER is selling burger and fries and in additional, you can find other local vendors selling varieties of local food, snacks and drinks. Also known as Eagle Square, Dataran Lang is one of Langkawi’s best known manmade attractions, a large sculpture of an eagle poised to take flight. A sight that greets visitors to the island via ferry, the 12 metre-tall statue is one of the j. Located at the southeast corner of Pulau Langkawi, besides offering beautiful views of Kuah Bay, Dataran Lang has beautiful miniature fountains, terraces and bridges, making it the ideal place for those postcard-perfect holiday photos. The square is a good place to watch ferries ply across the harbour but plan a trip here early in the morning or late in the evening when the sun is at its least intense.
