We only needed the car one day to get away from our group, they dropped it off to our hotel and picked up the next day. They were on time and friendly. We had a slight miscommunication on the use of the jeep and I expected to pay extra cleaning fees. The owner was easy to deal with we paid the cleaning fee. Would highly recommend their service. Nice cars, good service and easy!

My husband and I are from New York City and do not drive, so we used this taxi company around Kauai to get from the airport to our resort, and then to get to our different activities. Every single driver was prompt, and friendly, often giving tips and facts about Kauai. The owner, Carol, was easy to work with. Don't let the lack of public transportation scare you off from visiting Kauai if you aren't a driver I would highly recommend this taxi service!!
