Relaxing and pristine Kauai (the Garden Island) is the least commercially developed of the Hawaiian islands. Waterfalls, scenic drives and more than 60 beaches dot the landscape. Some beaches have great snorkeling, others offer child-friendly tidal pools and some are perfect for all kinds of water sports. Dry-land activities include hiking the Kalalau Trail on the Na Pali coastline, taking a day trip to Waimea Canyon and experiencing life on a sugar plantation at Grove Farm Homestead Museum.

Come enjoy Kauai's newest sport! Sporting Clays is a very popular sport where 12 and 20 gauge shot guns are used to shoot flying clay targets or "clay pigeons". It is one of the fastest growing and SAFEST sports in the US and it is now available on Kauai! New and Novice shooters are welcome to join us for a "Sporting Clays Intro" lesson. Experienced shooters can come test their skills on one of the most beautiful courses in the the world. We promise you'll have a "BLAST"!
Super fun! The variety of clay stations really tested your skills. Both instructors were great. Shot guns used were top notch. We would come back again in a heart beat!

Easily one of the best escape rooms I've run into with clever puzzles, well done custom environment with many surprises, and solvable, sensible puzzles .

This is not your typical miniature golf course. There are no clown's mouths or windmills to shoot through. This 18 hole putting green style course is set within a lush Hawaiian botanical garden representing the different eras of Hawaii's culture. Meanwhile, water hazards, pipe shots, and many other obstacles make for a fun and challenging experience. Along the way you will travel through Hawaii's history, learning about the islands storied past and its beautiful tropical flora. This combination of recreation with education in a beautiful setting creates a truly unique experience for both the local community and visitors on Kauai's North Shore. Furthermore, mini golf is a great game for keiki, kupuna, dates, families, and even those looking to brush up on their short game. While on the Anaina Hou campus, enjoy free events, casual dining, farmers markets and more!
We had a lot of fun with this! The course is designed well and well maintained, and it was interesting having it in the botanical gardens and made it beautiful. There are drinks and snacks for purchase. Overall, a great way to spend some time.

My daughter and son in law knew about the Potter and his shop. They wanted to purchase some of his unique pottery. The artist was very gracious and gave us a tour and explained the process he uses to create his glorious plates, vases and so on. They made their purchases and we all had a great time seeing all that was available. It is worth the effort to find this unassuming workshop whenever you visit Hawaii.

Anaina Hou provides a 30-acre non-profit gathering space on the beautiful North Shore of Kauai. Play a round of miniature golf set within a lush Hawaiian botanical garden, hike the Wai Koa Loop Trail, join us at our weekly farmers market, or grab a treat in our cafe. Please note, we do enforce COVID-19 protocols and procedures, including wearing face masks.
The Wai Koa Loop Trail accessed from the mini golf course on the north shore of Kauai is a must activity while visiting Kauai. Check in at the mini golf desk. There is no charge for this adventure and it is self-guided. Be sure to bring water, wear comfortable walking shoes and a hat is nice. Put on the sun tan lotion and proceed down the trail. A walk through the largest mahogany forest in North America is how your walk begins. There are various sites along the way. The suprise at the half way point is a gorgeous stone dam. There is ample space to sit and soak in the view. Then you walk back to the starting point. Easily a half day adventure if you go at a leisurely pace but you can complete the walk in two hours if walking briskly.
The ONLY public indoor batting cages on Kaua’i. Softball and baseball automatic and coach pitch machines. We are also the only facility in Hawaii that has Hit Trax (Game Simulator) All ages and skill levels welcome. Helmets and bats provided.
