Matahari Yoga

"Matahari" means "sun" in Indonesian. I think that it would be such a studio, warm and gentle, I am active. Current classes are focused on HATHA YOGA (Hata Yoga), YIN YOGA (Yin Yoga), VINYASA (Vinyasa style). All handmade but not big studios, I think that we can share the splendor of yoga through the studio even a little.

Active-Ageing Chiropractic Tokyo

Reviewed By mcanalesmayo

I've always had neck, mid-back and pelvis pain every day, probably because of too much time in front of a computer with bad posture. Since working from home because of corona, this pain was getting higher and much harder to handle. After visiting the clinic, I could understand where my problems are coming from and how to fix them, as Dr. Banzai took his time to explain some basic theory about the spine and muscular system. He also explained the issues found through my X-Rays and how we could fix my spine deviation with both home care and sessions at the clinic. I am currently under corrective treatment to fix the core problems in my spine, visiting the clinic an average of 3 days a week. I could feel some relief in my symptoms after the very first visit and after almost 4 months I feel much better than many years ago (which I didn't expect to be honest). Not only I'm much more productive at work but I'm also able to enjoy more my personal life. Dr. Banzai also keeps giving me advice on how to improve my lifestyle, which I really appreciate. This is being for me a very positive experience. I highly recommend visiting this clinic in case you have similar issues, it's not easy to find such professional, friendly and English-speaking doctors.
