We hold a Sporting Clay's Tournament twice a year and have several options as to were to hold it and we have found Shady Creek to be one of our favorites. The course offers a variety of challenges and the stands are not great distances apart like at some other courses. The owners are friendly and accommodating and quick to act if a problem develops on the course. I recommend them for both individual skills honing or a full tournament.

I feel like I've been to quite a few Escape rooms, both in Wichita, and in Kansas City. This place is by far the best. The quality of the puzzles, along with the workmanship of the construction, and the thought put into the games themselves, really do make them a notch above any other escape room I've visited. Our attempt to escape Project 403 was unsuccessful, but it was heart-pounding and fun to try. I recommend Puzzle Plex to anyone who is looking for a fun, exciting thing to try with a group of 2 up to 8.

We brought our daughters to this while in Wichita for Spring Break. Friendly people greeted us and we paid a fee I didn't find too high considering we could stay as long as we wanted. It is a traditional arcade room with classic arcade video games and pinball machines. We ran the gamut from earlier staples like Pac-Man through the early 'next-gen' games like TRON and Dragon's Lair. A bonus at the time (I hope they still have this the next time we're there) is a badge on each game that was featured in the book 'Ready Player One.' My daughters enjoyed it as much as I did. Refreshments are sold in front and there is an appropriate level of monitoring in the rooms to ensure people are safe and the machines aren't getting abused. One sad drawback was that a few of the older pinball games were not always working right, but the staff came to the rescue when needed! We will definitely be back!

Our company, f'real foods, had a fun outing at Blade & Timber. First time I have ever thrown an axe inside. ; ) After careful instructions and coaching by the coaches at Blade & Timber, we had a blast, laughing, talking and throwing axes. The list of suggested games and descriptions at each table was great to have. BTW I won 2 of the 3 games we played!
