In our huge area, We have a big greenhouse, water lily pool, ponds and farms. Our greenhouse is completely air-conditioned which offers cool breeze in summer and warmness in winter, even in rainy days you can enjoy and have fun visiting Kachouen comfortably.People with disabilities who uses wheelchairs and families who have baby carts should not worry because our park is barrier-free, everyone can enjoy and have fun visiting our park.
You may experience the time with adrable birds in the park by watching, feeding and so forth. The park itself is quite clean and you may be excited to see the birds flying around you. "Birds Show", which I joined at the outside garden, is a lot of fun. Some birds will fly over you and behave according to the instructors' signs. What I enjoyed was penguins' walk. They were really adrable! This park should be worth visiting.

The Kamoso Garden is a flower and bird paradise in its 50.000 m² of scenic landscape, located 15 km northwest from Kakegawa City downtown, at Shizuoka Prefecture. The Kamoso Garden is currently challenging to incorporate organic cultivation where probiotics, natural composts, biological control and ducklings play a fundamental role at a sustainable nature environment. In the site, there is the “Kamoso Shoya residence” (residence of village headman in Edo Period), a treasury of history and culture with its original architect for 246 years, passing along the harmony between the natural scenery Japanese traditional culture. As main attractions: Iris Garden: During the blooming season in May and June, it will able to see more than fifty thousand flowers of 500 variants in a 20.000 m² area. Visitors will also be welcomed by more than a hundred ducklings and their families. Hydrangeas Garden: The 3,000 m² greenhouse exhibits one of the nation’s most popular hydrangeas collection developed at our garden, which can be seen on May and June, the same season as the Iris garden. Be amazed by the “ Hydrangeas Hill” , a flower tower made of 600 vases in 50 variants of hydrangeas, including the so popular “Dance Party”. Bird Interacting Area: Since 2016, divided into two areas (indoor and outdoor) for observing and interacting. More than 50 water birds like stilts, flamingos, spoonbills, and mandarin ducks are living at the 200 m² indoor area; and more than 200 quails, peacocks and silks are waiting the visitors at the huge 600 m² outdoor area.
