Dawn Nichol is a body worker extraordinaire. A Puerto Vallarta treasure. Now that I’ve found her, I won’t go anywhere else. She is trained in Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy (PDMT) And I think that is her secret sauce. She has 35 years of experience working with professional dancers in Montreal. And it shows. Each time that Dawn works on me my body feels progressively better. I will keep going back again and again and again. I am a yoga and movement coach and I find that Dawn’s work is an excellent adjunct for my students. I have recommended her on many occasions.
