Our guided two-hour ride takes you through the hills, open meadows, woods, river bottoms and beaches of the Esperanza area. You'll even get to try out the paso (a smoother version of the trot)! We offer rides at 8:00 am and 4:00 pm; to avoid mid-day heat. The cost is $80 per person (group ride) and $125 per person (private ride). Family and kid-friendly rides also available. This was the family favorite event of our vacation to Vieques. Elizabeth was great with all ranges of experienced riders and the trails, beaches and views were fantastic!

My partner and I had an amazing experience with Jurutungo Tours! It was an unbelievable experience of a lifetime that I will never forget. The staff at Jurutungo was incredible. My partner and I didn't have a vehicle to get to our tour and couldn't find transportation. We called Jurutungo and told the super nice guy (I can't remember his name) who answered that we didn't have transportation and sadly wouldn't be able to come. This gentleman actually found a ride for us and within 5 minutes another really nice guy, Kevin, came and picked us up! The tour had waited about 30 minutes for us so that we wouldn't miss it. The tour itself was absolutely gorgeous and the tour guides, Kalina and Luis, were so knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. The horses were very nice, too! My favorite part was when the horses waded through the ocean at Playa Negra. It was the most joyful and happiest I've ever been! I would recommend Jurutungo Tours to everyone!

A highlight of our Vieques trip! Johnny will adapt the ride to your level of experience and comfort with the horses. People with every skill level are bound to love walking through the surf with the gorgeous scenery all around and Johnny ‘s happy hound swims next to you.
