One day hands on Cooking and Pastry courses at Babs Kitchen cooking school at Impruneta, in the heart of Chianti, in Tuscany. The courses are taught by Chef Barbara Jakusconek (Chef Babs), a Cordon Bleu trained Chef and Sommelier. Typical Italian cuisine with the best fresh and seasonable ingredients. We also provide hands on cooking courses at the clients rented villas as well as dinners.

You will learn how to make a typical Italian five course menu to also make with your family and friends back home. The recipes belong to the family tradition, and we only use the freshest and seasonal ingredients available.
Spent about 6 hours with Veronica at her studio/villa in Impruneta (25’ outside Florence). Stopped for a brief visit to a local farmers market to buy some vegetables for our vegetarian daughter, got some coffee then dove into focaccia, meatballs, tomato sauce, gnocchi, peppers and tiramisu. There were just the four of us - my wife and I and our two grown daughters. Learned a whole lot about how to cook, about local culture and food, and about some lovely Sardinian wine.
