My friend and I had an absolutely amazing time with our guide Daniel. He answered all our questions about the area and Ecuador in general. Great conversationalist - very knowledgeable and passionate and his English is fantastic. Loved that this was a private tour so we could go exactly at the pace we wanted and ask all our questions. Guango Reserve is simply breathtaking - so many different kinds of birds and trees and so beautiful down by the river. The hot springs are relaxing and pleasant and clean. This whole tour is a great value for the money. Daniel is also a very safe driver which we really appreciated given the traffic situation in Quito. This was my favorite day we spent in Quito. Daniel is excellent at his job and we learned so much from him. Returned to our hotel relaxed and so happy! I cannot recommend this experience highly enough!!!

Local guide with good English. Good factual information on main sites of interest. Had driver in private car, which, given the horrendous traffic gridlock and lack of parking in Quito old town, was essential! Felt rushed though, with request for coffee stop after 2 hours, dismissed.

My husband and I returned safely on Saturday from our Ecuador and Galapagos trip. Even if everyday life is slowly sinking in again, we are still very much inspired by the great, unique experiences we were able to gather on the islands. We would like to express our gratitude to you and your team for the organization and the really smooth running of our trip. Everything has always worked exactly as described in the itinerary (except when we did not work as we should and arrived late due to a stalled clock for our transfer to Isabela …). The plan was perfect to keep track of all the activities and had always answers for any ambiguity and questions, so nothing could go wrong. That has always given us a dose of extra security. And if there were any organizational or other questions, Karin and also especially Rebekka was always available with answers and offer a helping hand! Especially on the islands, the time feels so precious, that you want to devote yourself fully to the diverse experiences … Conclusion: our expectations were exceeded and we will recommend Galapagos PRO for sure. Thanks and best regards, Lindy T

Quilotoa Lagoon is a beautiful place to visit and our tour was amazing. It was customized to fit our needs and felt relaxing abs not rushed. Our guide was great too! One caution, the hike back up is incredibly hard and will take hours. We have hiked a lot and really struggled. There are donkeys to carry you back up. However the day we were there, there were only 2 for 50 tourists. We waited for them at the bottom but soon realized people on the hill were intercepting them. So we had to hike up until we found donkeys heading down. It was a little scary thinking we might not make it back up. Just know your limits and check for Donkeys.
