We offer yoga classes in English down-town Reykjavik. The project was born out of love for yoga and the wish to offer travelling yogis a special place to keep up with their practice.The classes are a juicy mix of meditation and flow, designed to help you connect with your body and calm your mind. Travelling yogis, long-term visitors and locals will be warmly received!
I always love connecting with a place through yoga. I did a morning practice on our day in Reykjavik. Great teacher and observing the rythm of the morning. Txs for having classes in English - really nice!!

101 Yoga is the smallest Yoga studio in Iceland and probably in the world. We can accommodate for 7 people maximum which makes every class unique and personal.
Presence Parlor Yoga is the perfect place for traveling yogis who want a place to go within, practice yoga and drink delicious tea in good company! Presence Parlor offers drop in classes, personal counseling as well as Reiki and massage therapy. If you are a group we offer private sessions or workshops. With delicious tea and snacks of course!
