We are a Small Batch NYS Farm Brewery. All of our Ales are brewed using only the finest quality 100% NYS ingredients. We brew for the love of the ale. We love to work with local farmers to create a true taste of NY from the farmers fields directly to your pint glass.
A small brewer who brews what he likes (stouts and Belgians) but also has some IPA's, Red's and other ales. Large open sitting area yet close enough to feel comfortable. Prices are extremely reasonable. Brewer is very knowledgeable. My sampling: Smoke Musket Stout; his award winning flagship beer. Noticeable smoke but not too strong. Very smooth and comfortable stout. Chocolate Strawberry Stout: A much more aggressive stout with a forward chocolate note and a bit of back bitterness. Not as much fruit flavor despite the large amount of fresh strawberries used in the batch. Belgian Dubbel: By far the most favorite. Super mellow with nice notes of cloves and subtle banana from the yeast. Dark copper. Cask Fricken Bananas: Forward oak. flavor and smell, back of bourbon with a hint of fruit. Food available is from an outside truck. Growler and can sales also.

We decided to have lunch here after kayaking. We were not disappointed!! The beer and food were great! We even took a 4 pack of beer to go. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the feel of a small town. The IPA & stout were our favorites. The burger and salad were fantastic as well

We are a small craft cidery making bold hard cider from apples grown by us in the Historic Hudson River Valley.
We stopped at this cidery, among others, and on a recent trip to the area. This was our favorite, very nice setting with outdoor tables. Nice atmosphere. We did a flight, which we shared. We did have to order food due to change in NY laws, and the rosemary fries were excellent. They also had some really nice looking pizzas, including a fog pizza. Especially enjoyed the Honeycrisp cider -- nice dry cider that manages to still be fruit forward.

My wife and I stopped here this afternoon for the first time. This place in such a gem. There were nine beers on tap. I had a flight of four and a pint of another. Each of the five beers was extraordinary. I love to visit breweries throughout the northeast and this was as good as it gets. I strongly recommend a visit here. We will definitely be back soon.
