Delectable dim sum, floating islands, and a one-of-a-kind skyline are just some of Hong Kong’s unique features. Get an eyeful of traditional Chinese architecture in Ngong Ping village, then take the tram to the tippity-top of Victoria Peak for unparalleled views. The rocks and gentle hills of Nan Lian Garden will bring you inner peace, as will a calming cup of tea in a Stanley café. Become one with everything at the Chi Lin Nunnery, a serene Buddhist complex.

This is a truly excellent service which, depending the timetable and stops, takes 50- 65 mins fro Kowloon West to Guangzhou South. I pre-book via Trip.com for which I pay a booking fee and then another moderate fee when picking-up my ticket at Kowloon West station. It is important for a first time user to be careful to allow sufficient time for ticket collection, HK and PRC immigration processes. Security is a lot less stressful than for travelling by air. This is in my opinion the best way to go from HK to GZ. Two metro lines operate from Guangzhou South so the notoriously troublesome GZ road traffic may be eliminated or reduced depending on a travellers hinal destination address.

This is a well laid out station and so easy to find your way around .This is where we took the Airport Express Train to the Airport. Fast and easy. Like it better than a cab.and cheaper.

Went with 4 friends. Easy fun trip starting from HK Sunny Bay MTR/bus station (B5 - $5.50) - to Zhuhai & Macau Terminal at Airport - coach then arrive Macau bus terminal - take 101X bus into town - then reverse trip. Comfortable coach to Macau with double-decker bus back. Great views. Even saw a group of fishing trawlers fishing in a circle - to increase & share their catch? Never seen that before! We had lunch at a great restaurant - Casa do Porco Preto (separate review) then finished up with traditional Egg Tarts/Coffee at The Venetian. A great day out! and cheap! No time for gambling! NNnnnooo :( Next time!
