Delectable dim sum, floating islands, and a one-of-a-kind skyline are just some of Hong Kong’s unique features. Get an eyeful of traditional Chinese architecture in Ngong Ping village, then take the tram to the tippity-top of Victoria Peak for unparalleled views. The rocks and gentle hills of Nan Lian Garden will bring you inner peace, as will a calming cup of tea in a Stanley café. Become one with everything at the Chi Lin Nunnery, a serene Buddhist complex.

As you wrestle with Sense 99’s rusty door hinges, prepare yourself for the convivial atmosphere that will engulf you when you enter the bar. Everyone seems to know everyone else at Sense 99, but it is by no means exclusive - they want to know you too.The hipsters, artists and musicians that frequent Sense 99 love the place for the anything goes attitude of the charm of that historic building.

Iron Fairies promises a bewitching night of live jazz and blues, innovative comfort food and exceptional mixology, amidst other worldly interiors that captivate and invigorate imaginations. This is a place for hearty dishes like burgers and pork knuckles, matched with boutique beers or crafted cocktails, are bound to please your palate.
We dropped by for a quick bite to eat on a Tuesday evening - although we were expecting it to be relatively quiet being a Tuesday night, we reserved a table in advance just in case. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly greeted at the door by a hostess, escorted to one of the several private enclaves, and subsequently personally welcomed by the Manager. The venue itself is quite extraordinary....quite mesmerizing to look over the room and the attention to detail.....lots of wood, iron, smelting tools, 'ovens' (private dining enclaves), and thousands of imitation butterflies adorn the ceiling....not to mention the hundreds of little iron fairies as the centerpiece of each table. They're available for sale for HKD 200 each should anyone wish to take one home as a souvenir). We only had time for couple of drinks and a light meal, but the F&B was excellent, and we look forward to sampling some of the cocktails on our next visit. A very 'Instagramworthy' experience!

Terrible Baby is a destination venue within the emerging Jordan neighborhood for HK’s uninhibited, burgeoning, and bold creative scene.
I met here with a group of friends for drinks and we had a great time. The cocktails were delicious, staff was incredibly friendly and the atmosphere retro and cozy. They have the best outside patio I’ve been to in Hong Kong. This has turned into one of my regular bars to visit and would highly recommend it to anyone, well worth the quick MTR trip from Hong Kong Island.
