I live in Homewood and love shopping the Downtown area. I finally got a chance to go in here a couple of times late last year and was pleasantly surprised to find the items they sold weren't necessarily Alabama-themed (which can be, let's be honest, kind of cheezy looking) but art works made by artists who are from Alabama. Don't get me wrong I love a good piece of art that is centered around the state of Alabama but just know that this place is so much more than an Alabama souvenir shop.
