We rented a mid range scooter for a day trip though the Hy van pass. We called at 10:15am or so and by 11 we had a bike delivered to our Airbnb address. The communication was beyond perfect. Not only did we know exactly what was going on and when, but they went above and beyond by providing detailed instructions (with maps and stops along the way) for many many types of trips you might want to do. The (practically brand new) scooter came equiped with helmets (of which you will have a few to choose from), as well as rain ponchos (which were great when we got hit with light rain at the top of the Hy van pass), a first aid kit, and an emergency cell phone with 1 preprogrammed number in it. We had the scooter for about 10 hours, we did the drive we wanted, had the experience of driving a scooter in a larger city (da Nang), and spent a small amount of time driving around hoi an. Once we were done, we filled it with gas and the owner was right on time for out pick up at 8pm. Not a minute late. Would highly recommend this company.

My girlfriend and I hired a scooter to go up to the mountains for rafting. Walked in off the street with no booking. Luckily they had a couple of bikes left, and we ended up with an older Honda for a great price. Bike was in good condition and worked perfectly. The whole experience was very fast and hassle free. 5 stars from us, and will happily use again if we go back.

Our bikes arrived at our hotel in Hue exactly on time with fill tanks. The bikes were in excellent condition. Using Gem's riders we were able to enjoy the thrilling and scenic ride from Hue to Hoi An without having to worry about anything more than enjoying the ride and avoiding the odd water buffalo.
