My knowledge of healing arts goes back to my childhood in the Philippines where my grandfather of Chinese descent taught me the ancient art of Hilot combined with Chinese techniques which he inherited from the old country. I attended healing arts and massage school in Manila, where I graduated with top honors and worked in some of the major spas before leaving for Hawaii where I established my own private business in the Island of Kauai. Words cannot describe well enough just how special Mylene is and her gift as a healer. I would say be ready for an intense first 1/2 hour or so if you are especially tight in areas, but hang in there... It is worth getting to the other side it! I am a former LMT myself and this is just the kind of session I would hope to give my clients. This is my 3rd time and it was absolutely sensational! Mahalo Mylene!

We’re super grateful for Gym Maui! Great drop-in rates when we’re on island. I love the fresh air that flows through the open doors (rather than forced A/C). Paul Romero is a groovy dude. I highly recommend this gym!

I have been taking classes with Morgan now for about 7 months and I can definitely see and feel my body’s transformation. She is passionate about helping you achieve your goals whether her classes are in person or virtual. She will check in on you if you fall off the course and be a truly supportive coach. Her classes are always different and although they are definitely tough, they are equally fun. It’s always such a pleasure to see familiar faces when you start your workout. I also love that she offers a different type of class each session, including Pilates, Yoga and HIIT. I would highly recommend passion of movement and Morgan for any fitness needs!

My friend and I had 90 minute massages today with Keola and Cerridwen. Both massage therapists were amazing and provided a very calming and therapeutic experience. When in Waikiki we recommend that you book at Hawaii Natural Therapy.
