Break taking views of Lille in a Sunday rainy morning. You need to ring a bell to enter to the lobby, sign a logbook and climb 110 stairs until you get to counter to buy the ticket and take the elevator until the top of the tower. When you reach the top of the tower, you have the best views of Lille and adjacent towns
