Here we have three options to suit all tastes.  First up is our Half Day Winery Tour: 4 Hours spent sampling some of Hawke's Bay's finest wines. All tastings included along with a platter to share in a beautiful vineyard setting.  Next we have our Half Day Napier Scenic Tour: Upon meeting you, our chauffeurs will introduce themselves, have a brief chat and arrange an itinerary to suit your tastes. Alternatively please do contact us on booking and we can put together an itinerary to suit.  Lastly we have our third option: Best of the Bay: Sit back, relax and let us entertain you. Leave all the decisions up to us at Hooters and let's see if we can't exceed your expectations by showing you the Best of the Bay, our way!

A Grand Day Out provides exactly what it says on the tin - a great day out and about in Hawkes Bay. Visit the wineries of Hawke’s Bay at your own pace on this self-guided bike tour with modern e-bikes. Collect your bike and ride past the vineyards along the Hawke’s Bay's winery cycle trails at your leisure. Follow the map provided or simply take your pick of the wineries you find. Visit wineries such as  Abbey Cellars, Alpha Domus, Sileni Estate, Villa Maria Gimblett Gravels, Unison Vineyard, Stonecroft, or Trinity Hill, and perhaps sample (own expense) some of the diverse wines in production. This independent self-guided cycling tour includes all equipment and roadside support.

The preservation of this culturally important and archaeologically significant site, Hakikino is a fascinating mix of old world wisdom and new world innovations. Embracing all that is available today, we have established a native plant nursery and created the Hakikino Conservation Reserve. Let one of our family members share with you these sacred sites: the bush lore, the folk lore, the culture and the language: all of which continue to shape the hopes and aspirations of the people today. This tour provides you with an insider’s perspective on being Maori and relates historical and contemporary Maori culture from a unique and personal point of view in our home village of Waimarama. It’s a friendly and relaxed encounter.

Our most popular tour. This scenic tour will take you out of Napier following the coastline before heading inland to follow the beautiful Tukituki River with stunning views across the valley and the Havelock North hills to Te Mata Peak. You will then cross the river, heading past Craggy Range winery and into Havelock North before starting the exhilarating climb, almost 400m, to the top of the Peak with spectacular, 360-degree panoramic views of Hawkes Bay and on a clear day as far as the volcanic Ruapehu! Climbing a mountain on a V8 trike can be an experience to remember, great for celebrating birthdays or that special occasion. Please note that this tour is not available to cruise passengers.

Take a 3-hour private tour of Napier & Hawke's Bay in your very own vintage car to see the Art Deco architecture and other highlights. Sit back and enjoy the stories and scenery while your chauffeur drives you around the town in a beautifully restored vehicle from the Art Deco period. We have included in the itinerary section a list of options available (please note that we cannot cover all options in 3 hours!) so that you can customize your personalized itinerary either through the booking process or your chauffeur will help you plan your day on arrival.  This is a bespoke tour that can be designed to suit your tastes.
