The legendary Hamptons, a cluster of wealthy enclaves on Long Islands South Fork, remains a celebrity summer playground, with splashy restaurants and nightclubs galore. But lovely beaches, fishing and kayaking attract off-the-A-list visitors, as well. Old money oozes throughout Southampton, while new wealth reigns in East Hampton. Montauk is a hit with fishermen and surfers. The Long Island Railroad travels the Hamptons in an hour. The Sag Harbor Whaling Museum and Montauk lighthouse are popular stops.

Open beautiful outdoor setting; spacious bar area with high top tables and seating. Plenty of room for the band too! Tastings from several beers to choose from and a delicious food truck - perfect! Outdoor lawn games - fun for families with small children too. What a gem!

MBC is a great place to check out while visiting Montauk. This local brewery has some wonderful selections and even better service. Be sure to sample their seasonal offerings as well as their staple brews. I highly recommend the Wave Chaser, the Pilsner and the Watermelon Session. This is a craft beer fans paradise. They also have some awesome merch and souvenirs. But this place on your must visit lists. And enjoy responsibly.

We were hiking around the island for the day and we grabbed lunch at Maria’s next door and ate it, along with some terrific beers, here. It was the perfect midday stop. The owner also gave us advice about places to see on our way out. A hidden gem!
Located in a historic firehouse in Riverhead, North Fork Brewing Company is a small family-owned craft brewery. Through attention to technical detail and innovation, we strive to bring well-executed craft beer to the east end of Long Island. Pushing the envelope on our ever-changing tap list, we offer everything from traditional lagers, to dank New England IPAs all the way to wild fermented sours.
