At the end of a month long cruise to China and Japan, we had 1 full day in Tokyo to see as much as possible. Mr Oriol was our guide for the day. He was very knowledgeable, providing information about Tokyo's history, culture and sites to see. The day was quite flexible and at our own pace. There was no expectation that we would hurry through each destination. At some sites Mr Oriol accompanied us, at others he waited patiently for us to finish. He joined us for lunch and guided our choice from the menu. We were delighted with Tokyo Grand Tours and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a chauffeured personal tour of Tokyo. Guy readily communicated with us prior to our arrival in Tokyo and our 'pick-up' was problem free. Mr Oriol was always courteous and enthusiastic. Great value for money.

Yoshi was a great tour guide. He tells a lot of stories and takes you to your desired places and then some. We went to the National Gardens, stopped to say hi to Hachiko, and went to the Chiku Chiku Cafe. The Hedgehogs were so cute! They're usually nocturnal and the one I was visiting, Butter, was really tired and wanted to sleep so I only took a couple pictures and let him rest the rest of the time :) Take care Yoshi! Hope you have more fun adventures

Show you around all the highlights of the hot spring town, Hakone Hakone, 75 minutes away from central Tokyo, is famous as a refreshing and scenery sightseeing destination. The view of Hakone is fascinating because of nature. For example, the famous Lake Ashi and Owakudani were created by Mt Hakone's volcanic eruption about 3,000 years ago, and you can see the fumarolic area where white smoke rises in Owakudani. Also, you can see Mt. Fuji in from Lake Ashi and the view is breathtaking! Other than those nature aspects, Hakone is also known as the art spot. There are now many art museums that combine rich nature with art as a place to attract people. This tour will take you all must-see highlights of Hakone by hiking, cable car, ropeway, boat, and bus.

The tour was just like a live stream. You will get on a rickshaw and your friendly driver will show you around in Kyoto. After the ride, your guide will walk with you and take you to the beautiful bamboo forest and Tenruji Temple. You will also meet monkeys at the park in Iwatayama! The only thing I was disappointed about was I couldn't taste the Shojin Ryori or Buddhist vegetarian meal that our guide Mickey-san showed and explained. I should be on the real tour!

If a traveller wants to get to know the Golden Gai area , this is most definitely your man . The meal before was wonderful and somewhere I would never have discovered by myself - and cheap as ! This is the real thing , with a brilliant guide .
