Doctor will check your plus & Blood pressure, If it is ok then you can take the treatment. We are doing massages but it is as a Treatment. After the treatment definitely you will feeling like Reborn. If you stay around Habarana area we will give you free transport from hotel to Thrimal Ayurveda and back to the hotel. Please book the time before you come.

I spent a lot of time researching ayurvedic clinics, and every time, I was drawn to Thrimal. Rightly so!! The clinic is off the beaten track, in a lovely location surrounded by lush greenery. Before we started, the doctor explained the process and made it clear that this was not a spa experience - fine by us. My daughter and I selected the full body massage and special head oil treatment. I had a male masseur, my daughter a woman. Both were excellent, ensuring we were comfortable, then applying the right amount of pressure for a relaxing massage. The treatment ended with 20 minutes in the steam bath, during which we sweated out all the toxins. We were so pleased with our choice of Thrimal, even though we could have gone to a clinic much closer to our accommodation. This is the real deal, for a fair price. I hope you enjoy your experience as much as we did.

We were driven to this beautiful massage place by our lovely host at the Dulwan Guest House. We each received full body massage and steam bath treatments and they were amazing! Really super friendly and attentive staff too. Couldn’t recommend higher!
