monica welcomed us into her outdoor kitchen where we learned to make mole. she had all the ingredients set out for us to see, while she gave us a brief history of mole and where it’s from. monica took us through all the steps of making an absolutely phenomenal sauce. all of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

My mother and I had a wonderful afternoon in a private cooking lesson with Claudia. Her professionalism, expertise and delicious recipes helped us understand the world of Mexican cooking. I would highly recommend this experience
