this was such an amazing tour. i had no idea the details of what was going on in colombia only 20 years ago. the fact that these types of tours and help from the government helped build escalators for senior citizens and other folks to use to go up and down the communa is great. carlos has such a deep understanding of the history and also of the meanings of the many beautiful murals across the communa. he picks you up and drops you off in a nice comfortable car and speaks english well. im definitely going to be going consider going on all of his tours.

We got the unique opportunity to explore some beautiful hidden spots in Antioquia which we would not have seen without a tour guide Maria Clara. Besides experiencing the local vibes, we were served by refreshing beverages the whole day and an exquisite delicious homemade meal in a beautiful place next to the water and surrounded by plants and colourful flowers. We found wonderful places to swim and relax. She made our day perfect by giving insights about the area, sharing personal experiences and providing very useful information and insider tips for Medellín and Columbia in general. She is an amazing person and did everything to provide us an unforgettable time. On top of that, we got a private tour in n this day which made our trip even more special. Against this background, we can highly recommend this tour as you will explore the outback from a local perspective far away from normal overcrowded touristic tours. Thank you for this amazing experience Maria Clara! We wish you all the best. :-) Kira & Rebecca

This tour is not just driving you from Medellín to Guatapé but providing you all our insight on the way to our destination. Besides, we take the most scenic route between Medellín and Guatapé so you can enjoy the most interesting scenery while many other tour operators take a shorter route where they do save some gas but miss out on showing the most amazing sites. Upon request, we can include a visit to the well preserved town of El Retiro which has beautiful colonial style architecture. Our reviews on Trip Advisor well reflect our commitment to quality and not ever taking our travelers for granted.

Exclusions: No meals are included on this tour but we know the best places for stopping for a snack and for lunch.
WOW! What can I say but I would give this 10 stars if I could! This was my first horseback riding tour in Colombia and I did it with Andres. I had such an unbelievable, breathtaking experience. I called him and booked the day before and he was able to squeeze us in for a tour. Andres was super friendly and an awesome guide who also spoke English and Spanish, he’s also very knowledgeable. I ended up choosing the cattle ranch riding tour and it did not disappoint! He was accommodating to payment methods and picking us up from hotel in the morning and provided us water for the trip. The horses you get to ride are from his very own farm. I can tell they are very well taken care of and healthy and also well behaved! We had an authentic Colombian lunch before taking off to ride. He will tailor to your riding experiences but I told him I had experiences riding so we were able to gallop during the flatter part of the ride. The view through the acres was so beautiful. He explained many things to us so I felt that I learned a lot. He also has fresh eggs from his chicken and his own roasted coffee so be sure to pick some up after the ride. It was a full day of trip, about 1.5 hr to the farm, 2 hrs ish for the ride. Overall I had such a wonderful experience for my first tour in Colombia, especially being a horse lover this was a thrill and an experience I’ll never forget. I look forward to other tours with Andres and LandVenture Travel in the future. Thank you again! I HIGHLY recommend going with him for your tours, you will not be disappointed and be coming back for more. ????????????????

Get facts straight from the natives who witnessed the terrible times during the late 80´s. On this full day tour, go back in time to the places that had the most relevance throughout 44 years of Pablo´s life. Starting from his humble neighborhood growing up, all the way up to the buildings and mansions he accumulated during his life, including his private prison, cemetery, and his final hideout when caught in 1993. Combining both city and rural scenery, this comprehensive tour goes further to include one of the drug lord´s abandoned mansions by the Guatapé Lake. This tour will provide a great learning experience as to what should NOT happen in society and which characters should be the real heroes. Tour focuses on the victims by telling stories of those who suffer most, like police officers and government officials. Since there is no glorification, at the end you will understand how resilient the people from Medellin have been. In fact, it is the most innovative city.

We (my husband and I ) had an amazing time in the Galapagos Islands! We did this trip at the end of October 2020 after the stressful lockdown covid months, so we were looking forward to unwind and visit for the first time the enchanted islands as our vacation. The tours designed by Rebecca Adventure were perfect and customized to our taste and needs. We visited Santa Cruz and Isabela and it was perfect because there weren't many tourists at the time due to the pandemic. We were truly impressed with all the activities, the wildlife and the services provided by our tour guides. We got to see most of the land and marine fauna that we expected, including hammerhead sharks. It was without a doubt one of the most memorable trips of our lives. We highly recommend Rebecca Adventure as your tour agency for the Galapagos and Ecuador. Biosecurity measures were very well respected on the islands, so its safe to travel! If you're looking to come to Ecuador and the Galapagos this is the time, still less tourists, the wildlife is truly impressive and besides life is short, take risks and ENJOY IT!
