Come to discover the Provencal and medieval village of Grimaud! Lose yourself in the alleys or follow the proposed circuit, about 1 or 2 hours of walk awaits you. Discover a Provencal flowery village and stone houses. Do not miss the key monuments: the Castle dating from medieval times, the Church of St Michael and the Chapel of the Penitents.

Grimaud, medieval village & typical of Provence where we feel the history in the least stones. Why not go for a walk in the heart of the village while enjoying the flowering bougainvillea? These shrubs with a bright purple color are sure to impress you! The bougainvillea bloom is approximately between June and July, so this is the best time to discover them.
Discover the plain and the charming neighborhoods located at the south of the village. The splendid view of the village and the hills that surround it enhances this hike. Easy hike. Departure in front of the Heritage Museum.(chemin de l'Enclos) Parking in the underground car park (free from October to March).
Discover the hills along the River La Garde and the old road up to the village through the oratory St Joseph. You will also discover the Fairies' Bridge (vestiges of an arch of a bridge-aqueduct). Easy hike. Parking in the cemetery parking lot, along the Mill and you will see the start of the circuit.
From St Roch's Mill, discover this circuit through the Fairies' Bridge (remains of an arch of a bridge-aqueduct). A nice discovery walk on the theme of fauna and flora: the dozen panels will present the main features and an interpretation of the landscape. Parking: on the parking lot of the cemetery, departure near the Mill.
This circuit allows you to connect Grimaud and Port Grimaud on foot in about 1h30. It will take you about 6km to get to Port Grimaud. Nice path outside busy roads.
