From harvesting to production in the olive mill, and from bottling to a guided olive oil tasting, visitors can experience and learn about every aspect of our precious juice of the olive fruit, the quality Cretan olive oil. Please note thatr olive mill is operating only from October to February. All the other months is open for visitors and the extraction procedure is been analysed thoroughly from our quides. Further information and tips about best use and storage are provided by our highly skilled personnel, also throught flyers in English, German, French and Russian. Visitors can purchase high quality Terra Creta olive oil of different labels at our store, along with balsamic vinegar and Greek olives in a variety of travel-safe packaging. Upon request, we can send purchased products to a given address via courier service with excellent rates and safe packaging. You will have a chance to sample a variety of appetizers after the olive oil tasting, free of charge. IMPORTANT NOTICE - Please keep in mind that the tour of 12:45 is a combined tour with another large group, while those at 10:30 and 14:30 are individual tours with 2 to 20 people. Trouble-free transfer to our facilities can be arranged. There is no charge for children under 16 years of age. We also offer a special discount for groups of more than 8 adults. CRETAN OLIVE OIL TASTING PRO SEMINAR Join the ranks of olive oil connoisseurs for a PRO organoleptic evaluation and learn how to tell by the taste which olive oil is excellent or has a defect, which is more fruity and which one is better for your health! Finish your seminar with a blind tasting and enrich your knowledge on the real olive oil world. Tailor made seminars can be organized upon request (from two to eight people)

Giannis Vlantonopoulos and Marina Taliadourou in their workshop 1260Ceramic studio on Santorini island, create unique contemporary artwork and tableware ceramics using distinctive techniques. Alongside the finished artworks, you will have the opportunity to observe the pottery production process and if you wish, participate too!

We run mosaic and ceramic courses on a daily basis from as little as 4 hours for beginners to week-long affairs for the more ambitious. Or just come and visit our studio and have a look at the projects we are working on. We also have art for sale. For the summer of 2019 we are also running a half day course every Thursday at 9:30 at Patriko Bar in Stoupa.

ERGANI workshop was founded in 1998. Here you will find handwoven textiles and other handmade products, made with love and respect for the tradition. Seminars are also conducted at the workshop for acquaintance with the art of weaving, spinning, felting and doll making. One hour weaving - spinning demo, free for groups.
