So enjoyed my recent visit for a spa day and treatment experience with Catherine. After visiting the pool and sauna my friend and I enjoyed a relaxing massage. We both felt cared and looked after in Catherine's experienced hands. The whole experience was lovey and great way to spend a Saturday with a pal and have a little pampering plus a stunning afternoon tea in the hotel. Can't wait to come back!!!

A Beautiful Belgian Chocolate Shop & Tea Room !!! Packed with everything in Belgian Chocolate , manufactured on site from high quality Belgian Chocolate from what I believe used to be a Victorian Butchers Shop. I believe a lot of the original Butchers Tiling has been retained and this shop is an absolute credit to the lovely lady owners. I came in with my teenage son last October as we were staying at a large hotel in Grange Over Sands for a week , on holiday- We ended up visiting Choco-Lori on 4 of the days for dairy ice cream, quite a bit of delicious Belgian Chocolates and more dairy ice cream !! Very friendly and helpful girls work here - an absolute gem of a place if you like chocolate and it really is just a Beautiful Shop!

An artists' co-operative consortium selling work by the six members and invited artists: ceramics, glass-work, paintings, willow-work, printmaking, slate-work, wood-work and poetry.
Visited this gallery with my husband today. They are just by Kent bank station. It is a co-operative of different artists so a good variation of art work to choose from. I’ve been to a few galleries and this one sits right up there. The biggest bonus was the affordability. You would be paying a lot more if they were in a bigger city no doubt. Worth the travel down!
