Traveling from Wisconsin with my 12 year old daughter had me researching for a family friendly ski destination at a very good value. That research lead me to Glenwood Springs. We had no ski experience and had no gear so I headed over to this shop in town to get fitted for rental gear for our trip to Sunlight Mountain. The guy at the front desk was very courteous and had me meet with the rental gear team in the back of the store. My daughter and I were fitted for skis and boots and all at a very reasonable price. I rented boots and skis and a helmet for her (I had 2 goggles and a helmet for myself). We rented them for a full day for $55 and added to full day passes at the resort which brought the total up to $155. That's two sets of skis (with poles), boots and a helmet plus all day lift tickets for $155! To me this was amazing as I can ski in Wisconsin ????♂️ and get lift tickets and rentals and pay more than that! I was told I needed to have them back by 7 that night or 9 am in the morning . If I wanted to rent them again I was told I can call them and let them know I will keep them a second day and pay for them when I drop them off. It was simple and everyone was very friendly all around with the fitting, rental, life ticket purchases and tips for the hill. I would rent from here next time I make it to Glenwood Springs!
