We've got roller skates, disco lights and music, all you need to bring is a smile. Don't worry if you're a beginner our skate coaches will be able to give you a few tips on how to get rolling, just ask! Once you've found your balance there will be games or activities, great for kids (and big kids too). General roller discos are suitable for anyone aged 4+ of any skating ability and there are adults only sessions on Thursday and Saturday night. Cafe selling pizza, milkshakes, ice cream, hot and cold drinks and snacks too! For more information and session times, check our website.
This was great fun. The staff made all the difference - really helpful and patient with providing some coaching to help get the most from the session. Lovely coffee as well! And a great range of drinks and food.

iMoto X is an indoor motorcycle/mountain bike track for adults & children to experience riding electric bikes. We have bikes to suit all abilities, from beginners to experienced riders. No licence is required, all we ask is that our customers can ride a bicycle without stabilisers. Safety clothing is available to hire but riders can use their own if the suitability is passed by our instructors.

This recently extended, world-class centre is where everyone from professional athletes to young families are welcome. Serving as a key venue for Glasgow 2014, it houses two 50 metre olympic sized swimming pools as well as workout facilities, a health suite, sports halls and function rooms.

On my third visit here, I reckon it's high time I sung the praises of the home of Glasgow Rugby. The developments which have happened around Scotstoun over the past decade or so have resulted in an excellent range of facilities. As a venue for our rugby side, the place fosters a great atmosphere with excellent sight lines from all seats, ideal comfort facilities and great catering/bar counters too. I'd love to see the merchandising priced a little more reasonably, but other that that, this venue is spot on. Parking must present local residents with a headache on match day, but public transport was our mode of choice on the day and served perfectly adequately (I think, what was the final score?)
