The best thing about Flowers and Fire is the people. The grounds are cosy and inviting, the food delicious, the pool tranquil; but the people are something else. Spend any time here and you'll see that both the yoga instructors and front of house actually care about you and your time there. Rach, Lisa, Sandy and Rudi you made my time on Gili Air amazing. What's more Ania is very present and cares about her staff, solidifying the whole atmosphere of kindness. Thanks for everything, Alex

Slow Spa & Yoga is a lovely luxurious spa centre located on Gili Air. We do massages, facials, treatments for hands and feet, and therapy through movements. For Slow Spa's signature treatments, we use products that are natural, especially fresh aloe vera cultivated in our gardens. At Slow Spa & Yoga we offer different types of yoga classes. It’s our wish to create a safe space, where the focus is on each individual. This is why we allow a maximum number of 10 participants in each class, to keep the classes small and intimate.
I went for the monthly special which this month included a 60 min Balinese massage, a 15 min head massage, blackhead extraction, a facial scrub, a face mask and a hair mask. I have never felt so relaxed and pampered as this, for such a small price too (500,000 IDR). From start to finish it was incredible - I was welcomed warmly and given aloe vera juice, offered a warm shower and towels to clean off beforehand and then 90 mins of pure perfection, another shower followed by a hot ginger tea to finish. The staff were so friendly and the masseuse was extremely talented. My one tip would be to book more than one treatment here and stay for longer because 90 minutes was not enough - I could have stayed all day!!!

Fully AC deigned spa offering great massages! Full body as well as specialised head and foot massages. Also manicures / pedicures Come in,cool down and Zone Out!!
This spa is a hidden gem! From the minute you walk in the gorgeous local staff are all smiling and welcoming! They have a nice range of massages available, you can also choose your oil scent too which is a nice touch! They will clean your feet then take you through to the massage area, gorgeous all white chairs and beds with cute touches like a running water fountain, beautiful decor and very clean linen/towels. I saw Rani twice for a zone out foot massage and I was not disappointed! She was amazing! So gentle yet just the right amount of pressure. It is seriously one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had! Thank you so much Rani, your amazing! And thanks to the other girls at Zone Spa who made me feel so welcome. 10/10 Reccomend coming here when you visit Gili Air!

I would highly recommend coming here because it has air conditioning which is rare in Indonesia and it has each essential equipment for compound movements and the I got a strawberry shake afterwards which was really good. Elom was very nice and welcoming, he made the shake to perfection.

On first impressions we were a bit wary after being asked to get changed into a robe in a toilet, a robe that someone else will have worn and probably not washed? But we got over that as what do you expect when these places are so cheap. We soon learned that the robes were worn because they take you into the main public room and wash your feet before taking you through to the massage room, nice touch but maybe the robe and public foot wash could be an option? Maybe would have been better if they just washed feet in the massage booth. The massages however were both very good, staff seemed attentive and asked was the pressure ok etc. they paid attention to all areas inc head and feet and were mindful of the cuts and scrapes I had taking care not to cause pain. staff did not talk to each other whilst giving massages (as experienced on mainland Bali) and there was nice background music. All in all a good experience and would recommend this place! We ended up tipping about 50k but would have cost 320 had we not had a discount voucher for 15% (average price on Gillis for 1 hour), but it was most definitely worth it after a day of traveling and cycling.
