DARE TO BE SURPRISED - Exhibition of young pop artists along well known contemporary artworks.

Port Tonic Art Center is the unique contemporary art center and artist residency in the Golfe of Saint Tropez. Located on the sea at Les Issambres, in a former shipyard, Port Tonic Art Center aims to promote artistic creation, to expand the art knowledge and finally to support the creation of spaces for artists. ART TONIC is the retrospective expo organised every summer to present all the projects of the artists in residency.

Art gallery exhibiting the paintings of artist in residence, Tessa Peskett, and sculptures by local sculptor Jean Louis Corby and Dorset, England, based sculptor Lisa Lindqvist. Tessa's atelier and an interesting sculpture garden are also open to the public and the gallery owners often welcome group visits - by prior arrangement.

Located in the heart of the old town of Vallauris, A.I.R. Vallauris (Artists In Residence) welcomes international artists from all horizons in its accommodations and workshops. The non-profit association allow them to meet and collaborate with local artists and to research and create new work in an artistic laboratory created specifically for them. Created in October 2001, over 200 artists of 30 different nationalities have participated in the A.I.R. Vallauris program. The Gallery Aqui Siam Ben showcases and the exhibition and sale of the unique and original works created by international artists in residence. This exhibition is continuously updated with new works. Also exhibited in the gallery are works from the Atelier Aqui Siam Ben. This studio specializes in the creation of original series of decorative and functional ceramic objects in limited edition. The use of various techniques, materials and firing methods offers the public a considerable variety of ceramic creation to discover while preserving the traditional models of Vallauris Golden Age.

RAJAC is a pottery studio based in Antibes old town. The studio is shared between 7 young ceramicists working there and showing their vision of contemporary ceramic. Come and see them work, feel free to ask any questions and find a locally handmade souvenir, tableware, sculptures or jewellery made with porcelain or stoneware !

Head-quartered at the former barbershop run by Eugenio Arias, Picasso's barber and friend, the association of potters holds regular themed exhibitions designed to showcase our ceramicists' diversity and talent. You'll also have the chance to see the linocuts that the Spanish master gifted the association, as well as photos and authentic hairdressing tools precious reminders of the times.
