We are a small craft brewery located in the Taft Hill and Elizabeth King Soopers shopping center. We specialize in celtic cask ales, high end charcuterie, and gourmet hot sandwiches. We have a full bar and a dog friendly patio.
Their cask aged beers are a great change of pace from other beers on the market. The Wulver is their cask aged IPA and is great. They always have something new to try as well. I just tried their Black Cork porter and it didn't disappoint.

After reading about Prost! on a beer web forum German-style beer thread I decided to make a slight detour on my recent road trip to check it out. I was not disappointed. Located in a trending old town renewal area the venue is sandwiched on a side street right near a parking garage so location was convenient with ample parking. We were fortunate to have an area German grill (Gunter's Bavarian Grill) providing food that Saturday afternoon, serving up excellent brats and German potato salad or spaetzle. The beer was excellent including a favorite style, rauchbier (Franconian/Bamberg smoke beer) that I learned about after talking with the bartender. Crowlers-to-go! I wish they had distribution beyond Fort Collins. The setting was very comfortable with a few rooms and an outside "biergarten" that even though lacking chestnut trees it still had the vibe of being in Bavaria. Can't wait to visit again.

This brewery has a relaxed atmosphere with great music and cool decor. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Loved sitting outside on the back patio. I think there is a superb variety of beers ranging from IPA's to browns to a delicious red. Their Oceans of Notions Saison IPA was unexpected and outstanding!
