Things to do in Florida, United States: The Best Mass Transportation Systems

April 6, 2022 Elouise Mccaul

Not just for retirees and theme park enthusiasts, the Sunshine State offers beautiful beaches, pristine diving conditions, and sizzling nightlife. Salsa the night away in a smokin’ hot Miami club, or swing away at one of Kissimmee’s many premium golf courses. An airboat tour of the Everglades is an unforgettable adventure – just look out for alligators! For the risk-averse, a lazy day spent on the soft sands of an Emerald Coast beach is as rejuvenating as a spa treatment.

You hover around terrific Miami downtown in a air con skytrain for free. Apart the advanteges for the locals, it's a tourist must see (specially the inner loop) to make terrific elevated pics of Miami.

Shuttle left on the dot - and I was the only one on it! The driver was courteous, genuine and a very safe driver. He left me alone to do my own thing but chatted once in a while to update me on traffic patterns, confirm my airline and briefly chit chat about the holiday. I am grateful for this service - it's worth every penny and I will certainly be using it in the future.

Tri-Rail

Reviewed By bocar112

From Boca Raton, FL (this is the busiest station for Tri-Rail) when we travel, rather than the hassle of driving to the airports, parking, etc....or taking expensive taxis, we found that TRI-RAIL works just fine for less than $6. to either PBI, FLL or MIA. Tri-Rail ends at the MIA airport, so no shuttle needed. To PBI or FLL there is always a shuttle bus waiting to whisk you off to the airport as soon as the train arrives. Plenty of room for your luggage (we always take the last car)... try it, you will like it.
