Lorenzo was my guide. His first tour in English in over a year, but his English was perfect! It was easy to see his love and pride for the city, and his energy was infectious. He gave so much information on each landmark, it made me excited to go back and visit them. The trip up to the Piazza Michelangelo was a short ride with a gradual incline. It was a little challenging, but definitely worth it! I highly recommend this bike tour as an introduction to Florence to get an overview of the city and learn a little history of it from a local.

Easy to use service, professional. We hired a car for a 2 day mini trip out if Florence . Mr John & staff in the office were very friendly & helpful in explaining our options (& offering us coffee!) The car was excellent. Mario & the men in the car pickup area were very courteous & friendly. Our experience with this company was all positive. Everything you want in a business; Easy to locate, quality scooters and professional/ genuine owner. I've rented scooters in Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Mexico, Bermuda, Spain & France. And this was the best experience by far. Smooth transaction and didn't even worry about the integrity of the owner in getting my refund. Prices were comparable, and the scooter didn't have break/engine issues. Helmet was good quality but also clean and almost new. Didn't smell bad. Would rent from here again!
