The Tourist Information Office in Valldal centre is open all-year-round. During the high season (medio June - August) the office is open from 10.00 - 19.00. During the rest of the year it is open from Monday - Friday 10.00 - 17.00. Toilet facilities are available at the Tourist Information Offices (also for wheelchair users), there are also showers, washing machines, dryers and baby changing facilities.

Skjolden Tourist Information is located in the Fjordstova centre in Skjolden, at the head of the Sognefjord.
