Stark's Park

Reviewed By Breanboy - Bath, United Kingdom

Our first visit to Stark's Park didn't disappoint. A cold March evening, a top of the table clash, great seats in the impressive stand and a couple of beers beforehand in the Club Bar. Four Englishmen a long way from home were given a really warm welcome by everyone who couldn't quite believe we had flown up for the game! The game finished 1-1 and was a good standard. We all really enjoyed it and will be back!

Central Park

Reviewed By Swedishtomcat - Diss, United Kingdom

This has to be one of the most unusual football stadiums in Britain with its stock car track running around the outside of the pitch. The Blue Brazil, as they are affectionately known, have been at Central Park for a century. I have been wanting to visit this stadium for some time and was kindly offered an unofficial tour of the ground. Cowdenbeath have had a string of famous managers who have started their careers managing here. Recently, the team have suffered a barren period of footballing success and narrowly avoided three straight relegations by virtue of a penalty shootout win against East Kilbride at the end of the 2016 / 17 season. The stadium is worth a visit as it is full of history and giant blue & white tyres!
