I will definitely be doing this again when we come back. Thank you for making our Mother’s Day very special!

Our family of 5 LUVED this tour. Hugh is amazing and his energy is contagious. It was such a unique experience! Our 3 boys (7,9,10) picked it up quickly with Hugh’s help. We all learned a lot while having an awesome adventure. We especially loved riding the beach. Hugh took great pics and videos and shared them all with us. It was such a treat for mom to be present and not worrying about taking pics. This is a MUST DO if you are looking for an active, unique adventure.

The Lofton Creek Kayak Tour is perfect for paddlers of any level, including children and beginners. It’s an intimate nature experience in which participants can expect to get up close and personal with turtles, alligators, snakes, otters, and occasionally, manatees. The terrestrial nature of the forest attracts pileated woodpeckers, red shoulder hawks, and the curious anhinga, sometimes referred to as the “water turkey.” The protected makeup of Lofton Creek means paddling here is “weather resistant” to tumultuous coastal conditions. A south-bound paddle on Lofton Creek provides picturesque marsh views, whereas a north-bound paddle is a more remote, forested experience. The Lofton Creek Kayak Tour is a guaranteed good time for everyone in your group!

Hi, I moved to Florida right before the state went into lockdown. I am now starting to explore Florida and thought Amelia Island would be a good start on history and the different types of locations that Florida has to offer. I am from snow and desert this is a big difference living in Florida. I took the tour Amelia Island Historic Tour with Daniel and was not disappointed. The information of the Island and the history of the backstories of the people of the island were a great introduction to the island and its history. I will defiantly take this tour again when visiting the island. Thank you, Daniel. Alecia
