Beautiful long beach on the Atlantic coast. The site is often shrouded in fog (in November) but it creates magical charm to the site. Do not miss this place!

We grow citrus fruits almost all year round and we are open for tours. Please contact us in advance.
Me and my family visited and it was an experience to remember , the tour guide was so friendly and polite , he also was very generous and let us take home loads of oranges and he made us fresh orange juice. He seemed to love his job which made us feel like we were being educated by someone that was passionate about what they do which made a huge difference. I would highly recommend visiting the farm as I learnt a lot and enjoyed myself. I couldn’t pick a single fault with the experience.

Going into the church it was very opulent and ornate and quite the contrast when you go out the back of the church to the Bone Chapel. The Bone Chapel was quite chilling to see, but definitely worth the look.

Never been to the Algarve, never been to Vilamoura. Only new it for Marina, golf & where footballers of the 80/90s hung out! So pleasantly surprised to find one of the best kept archeological sites we have visited, and we have visited a few! ( just ask the kids????) For only €3 per person you are given free range to walk around the dig site & small museum. The Roman bath unearthed is probably the best seen outside of Bath in terms of not being a pile of stones!!

You find the race track set on a private road heading towards Monchique.. We couldnt get in to the race track as Porche was testing their new electric cars..... However the Go Karting track was open... this was awesome.. 3 different tracks to choose from and it was quiet when we was there, so we had it to ourselves... Mint.... HAd a great time... we did 15 / 20 mins which cost us just 27euros.... great fun.... have to come back to see a F1 race...... great location... ON Monchique you can see the race track set in the valley looking towards Portimao.....

What a stunning place this is! I started my hike from the church and worked my way eastwards using the boardwalk. The scenery is just breathtaking! I took my time going down closer to the water by using the carved steps on the rocks (in many places, you have to watch your steps and make sure you put your foot down on rocks that are not slimy). Lots of natural windows facing the ocean ... just spectacular! By the way, do not attempt to walk down if you are wearing sandals or slippers ... I saw one lady almost fall because she was wearing flimsy sandals. She had to walk barefoot on the rocks because she wanted to go where I went. Also make it a point to go to A Boneca ... there is a small entrance way under the rock and, again, two naturally formed windows facing the ocean. Without a doubt, Algarve is a magical place!

Beautiful, tiny, stunning church. We missed this church on many visits but when we got there I was lost for words.

This little chapel atop the cliff is a gorgeous little spot. It was super quiet in November with just myself and my partner up there for most of our visit. The church wasn’t open but we walked the grounds and looked peered through the chapel gate. Beautiful stop to check out. Great views. Great photo opportunities.

Pleasant drive along the Algsrve coastline to the most south Western point of mainland Europe. Views outstanding and FREE parking. Cafe and shops at lighthouse, however unable to have access to lighthouse.
