For an intimate look into what makes the Ningaloo Outback Country in the Pilbara of Western Australia, such a special place. Bullyardie Outback Adventures, based in Exmouth, will help you explore the Ningaloo Reef and give you a taste of life on an Outback Station. On our full day adventure “Where the Ocean meets the Outback” you can experience the best of both world’s all in one day. From 11:30am – 9:30pm. On our half day adventure “Go Bush at Giralia Station”. You will join the Giralia Station part of the tour. From 2:40pm – 9:30pm. ONE OF A KIND OUTBACK EXPERIENCE a combined 1hr cruise along the crystal clear waters of the Ningaloo Reef, Enjoy the drive to the Vlamingh Head Lighthouse. You will probably spot kangaroos, emus and maybe a dingo along the way. At the Lighthouse, the panoramic, 360 degree view is breathtaking. You may even see a migrating hump back whale off the coast. After a brief supply stop in Exmouth, we travel 127 kms east to the historic Giralia Station; a former sheep pastoral station, first established in 1888. At its peak, the Station ran 44 000 sheep and produced 700 bales of wool. Feel the great expanse of the Australian Outback and as you explore historic buildings, 8 stand shearing shed, jackaroo humpy and shearing quarters, original stone well, old and modern windmills and the Emu and Roo walk trails. Make sure you’re back for dinner though for a traditional Aussie barbeque, under the brightly lit stars of the Milky Way while relaxing by the campfire. All this, with the peace of mind of returning to your own bed, for a well-deserved sleep.
