The Birdcage is a working studio and art gallery. We are home to over 40 local artists. We carry paintings in oil, acrylic, and water color. We have works of art in wood, metal, clay, pottery, jewelry, photography and a variety of mixed medias. Our prices range from $3-$1200. Something for everyone's taste and budget. We believe everyone should be able to own original art without breaking the bank

Located in the heart of the historic district at 95 S. Main Street, the Eureka Springs Historical Museum should be the first stop of your visit to the charming town of Eureka Springs. See the colorful past of this unique town and the people who lived here. A fascinating collection of papers, photographs, mementos, official documents, home furnishings, and other artifacts are on display. We offer a newly renovated main floor with in-depth exhibits that tell the story of Eureka Springs. We also have a second floor with more exhibits, as well as an Art Gallery that features local artists that helped start the artist boom in Eureka Springs. Open 9:30am to 4pm, closed Wednesdays and Sundays. Tours are self-guided.
Very cheap to enter at $5 for admission. You have a tour guide that talk for about ten minutes and afterwards lets you roam around and take pictures of the booths. Their is 2 stories to the building with nice artwork on the second floor. Along with a chance to win a handmade quilt. A wonderful experience that is worth the price.
