About 10 miles north of Nuremberg, Erlangen is the home of the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (Friedrich-Alexander-University), founded in 1742. I was there to buy some cheese for my grandparents to bring it to them on Christmas. I think that proves the point that the cheese is amazing. Also, the staff there is nice and it has a very big range of cheese.
