Possibility of visits to Antica Acetaia Bompana preferably by appointment , also in foreign languages , daily free tastings and possibility after the purchase of shipping products abroad .

La Consorteria 1966 is the only shop in the world dedicated entirely to Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO (Protected Designation of Origin). Here you will taste a wide range of products, selected among the best producers of our territory.
Consorteria 1966 was one of the reasons my fiance and I came to Modena, and it did not disappoint. This balsamic vinegar is like nothing we have in the states in the best way. Cristina was so friendly and helpful, and she gave us a taste of 6+ vinegars. It is 5 euro per person, but that fee is waived if you buy a bottle (which we did). We were even able to bring back some gelato and try it with balsamic on top, which was wonderful. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in Modena.
