We hired Andy to take us from Da Nang to Ba Na hills. He arrived on time and was super friendly and gave us some history of Vietnam on the way there. He organised all the tickets beforehand to avoid the cues which made life a lot easier! When we were ready to come home we sent him a message and he was there immediately. Would definitely recommend Andy to anyone wanting a smooth process to Ba Ba Hills :)

The tour was great, our guide spoke English very well. The transport van was nice, clean and cool. The tour took you to Sun World which is kind of like Vietnam Disney- everything is made as a tourist attraction, the only original French part from the 1900s is the wine cellar. All very cool and fun to see- the gardens are beautiful. Definitely a lot of people there, but can time it to still get some good pictures. Only con would be the lunch...mostly because of the coronavirus outbreak, a buffet is the last place you want to eat, plus it wasnt very good.

Thousands, no, ten-thousands tourist fill the streets of the old quarter. It's even hard to see the houses behind the enormous crowds. 90% of the buidings are shops, restaurants, cafés and snackbars. OK, 10% are more interesting. There are some genuine, authentic Chinese houses but most houses are recently renovated and not as they once were. You can also have a short ride in a small boat, called 'sampam', with a lighted lamp. But is this an authentic, well-preserved untouched Vietnamese harbour town? No.

We lived in Hoi An for few months and wanted to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City with our two Dogs. We already used some transportation service by Tommy Dao and we were absolutely satisfied. This is why we come up to Tommy Dao to help us with the relocation. Everything was quite smooth and easy. For the transportation to Ho Chi Minh City we had a private bus with two drivers. All the time we were totally relaxed and our dogs were feeling chilled. Thank you so much Tommy Dao ???? ????

I contacted Tom in a bit of a panic because I was heading to Da Nang for about five days with no real plan. Tom put together an awesome itinerary for me and in a matter of hours I was scheduled with tours, transportation etc. Even better was that he was available on WhatsApp for questions during the week and was always responsive and helpful. I even left my sweatshirt on a bus one evening and Tom managed to get it back to me which is nothing short of a miracle. I can’t recommend his services enough, he’s a real professional. I will definitely reach out to firefly next time I’m in Vietnam.

The tour quality is not too bad. But the company's attitude towards their employee is bad, which is very important because that employee will use the same attitude towards the customer. Negative emotions are something that should not be present when traveling.
