It’s so easy to feel like you are walking around King’s Landing, the Main Street is beautiful both during the day and at night, early and late are the best times as it gets very very busy. Explore the side streets too, full of cute shops and cafes

If you come in the Pile Gate on one end of the walls, you will find yourself walking on this famous Dubrovnik street known as “Brsalje Street”. Lots of placs to check out, some retail, some bars and restaurants, very cool interesting alleys heading off in both directions. Tons and tons of tourists too, plus a big iconic fountain on one end and on the other, a bell tower. You will be on this street often during any visit inside of the walls. Stop for a moment though and think about how long this street has been around and what periods people have used this street in parts of their daily lives. Worth seeing for sure.

This is the oldest part of Dubrovnik. You can reach it if you walk from city harbour through the Street of Damjan Juda. Nearby there is Baroque Church of Our Lady of Karmen from 17th century, as well as some interesting buildings, like gothic Ranjina Palace and renaissance Skocibuha Palace.

This complex is located at Ploce in the direction of the eastern city entrance. In the 17th century this was the largest merchants transit centre in the whole Adriatic, with buildings, courtyards and warehouses. It was also known as the quarantine place for travellers.

I like very much Lazareti, it is nice place with good music. Location is great too, near Old town. I recommend.

This is street parallel with Placa stretching to the east. You can reach it if you walk by the Franciscan Church wall, and turn left to Medović Street. Area is popular among tourists beacuse of pictoresque ambience with old Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque houses. Today, these are mostly turned into respectable restaurants.

I liked this street much more than the main street below. This had older houses and retail spaces and tons of small stylish restaurants too. Great photo ops at all hours of the day, especially at dusk. You have to climb some steps to get there but once you do, you can walk for a long time parallel to the main street below. I loved walking and exploring on this street ten times more than the main street, more picturesque and much more like I imagined (and hoped) Old Town would be. Well work checking out, much less crowded than down below, and a much less touristy feeling exudes from there. Recommended.
