The Chocolate Tour is a very attractive half-a-day program that leads the visitors through the nice green plantations up to the processing plant for cacao beans. After a tasty homemade Dominican lunch the visitors will make their own chocolate, in a traditional way, with the local women group. Also some other cacao products can be tasted, like cacao wine and cacao marmelade. There is the possibility to stay overnight and make horseback riding and swim in a magnificient river.
