Louis Hauller wines is first of all a family story, the story of Famille Hauller. The Hauller family is the result of a long tradition of craftmanship : Leon Hauller was the last in a line of Master Coopers since 1776. His son, Louis, specialized himself in winemaking with one goal : a quest for elegant dry white wines. Today, I run the winery with the support from my wife and my two sons.

Dear Friends of Alsace Wines, If you appreciate the delicacy and diversity of the wines in Alsace ; If you are looking for vintage and more casual wines, for the contact with the wine grower and a guaranty of authenticity : Welcome to Michel Dietrich's estate ! In the heart of Alsace, on the mythical wine route, our vineyard is situated between the villages of Dambach-la-Ville, Dieffenthal, Itterswiller, Reichsfeld and Albé. Our production is made of wines belonging to three appellations : the seven Alsace varietals, the Crémant d’Alsace, and the Grand Cru (vintage guaranteed) du Frankstein. The vinification is based on traditional savoir-faires from Michel Dietrich's father and grandfather combined with more modern techniques. Some of our plots are still ploughed by our own comtois mare, and the wines are set in beautiful oak barrels allowing us to work with indigenous yeasts. Looking forward to pleasing you.
