You may have all heard that everything is bigger in Texas. Well, Dallas does its best to fulfill that promise. You'll find several museums with vast art collections and fascinating specialty museums like The Sixth Floor Museum/Texas School Book Depository, which, though small in size, offers an immense amount of information about the assassination of John F. Kennedy. And of course, visit a local steakhouse for a terrific (and enormous) meal.

Dallas Circus Center (formerly Skyline Trapeze) started in 2013 as a way for professional performers to practice while they travel. Since then, we've evolved into a training facility dedicated to sharing our love for our creative sport. We love helping people learn and introducing them to the art that we're so passionate about, so if you're looking for an original way to get some fresh air and experience new heights, we hope you'll come see our new facility near Love Field!
I booked a two hour private trapeze class for my sister's bachelorette party and it was a HUGE SUCCESS. My sister was so surprised and excited and all the ladies had an incredible time. Even the ones who were nervous still tried and loved it, because the instructors made us feel so safe and comfortable. Very clear, thorough instruction while still being super fun and personable. Donovan was in communication with me before, helping me to plan the whole event. They also took amazing photos for us throughout the class. This was a truly unforgettable experience. Days later and we can't stop talking about it. Book a class! You will not be disappointed.

While mostly operating on a group-reservation basis, SPARK! is also open to the public every Saturday from 10am–4pm and Sunday's from 12pm-5pm. Pop-up activities include: Giant Light Bright, Recycled Art, Legos, Musical Dance Floor, Hula Hoops, Chalk Art, Poetry Magnets and Percussion. Creative play on the 6,000-foot Climb, Crawl, Slide Sculpture is also included.
My family and I took an overnight trip to Dallas this weekend and decided to visit Spark after finding discount tickets on a coupon site. I have a five year old, a tween, and a teen. They all really enjoyed themselves. It’s a beautiful (and clean) facility that highlights creativity in all forms, as well as recycling/sustainability. There we multiple art stations and an INSANE play place for all ages in the other large room. The staff was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. There are free lockers available for storage and a snack bar. I was pleasantly surprised at how despite it being a Saturday there was still plenty of room to try all of the art exhibits and installations. We will definitely return! Recommendation: dress your little ones in jeans in lieu of knit bottoms. My daughter’s sweatpants snagged on the metal slide and tore a little. She’ll definitely wear jeans next go round. Have fun, play hard!

The best arcade bar in Dallas. $10 admission for unlimited play on 125+ games! Enjoy adult beverages from Bishop Cider and food trucks every day. We're family-friendly during the day and 21+ at 8pm.
As the name "Cidercade" suggests, this place has two selling points: cider and an arcade. First up, the cider is awesome. Mango Habanero and The Light Cide are two of my favorites. Texas doesn't have a plethora of great cideries so this place is a godsend. Second is the arcade. Ten bucks gets you in the door and gives you free play to everything. (A $20 month pass is available too.) Well over 100 games I'd guess. Lots of them are old and obscure, but there's still some classics and a selection of modern games. Plus a ton of pinball cabinets! All in all a great place for a date or a hangout with friends!

Do you have what it takes to Rob the Bank and get out before times runs out? Channel your inner Butch Cassidy for the Wild West Bank Robbery, pose as a Scientist in our Alien Blood Bank Robbery, or as your favorite superhero in the Superhero Bank Escape.
I went with my leadership team and we did the Western Themed Bank Heist. Easily one of the best Escape Rooms I’ve done. The Gamemaster, Stormie, was a great host who set us up for success. It was a great experience for 6 people. 4 of whom had never done an escape room. Would highly recommend. :)

Our Bad Axe Throwing Dallas location hosts corporate events, birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, or people looking for a fun outing with friends. Come visit us and book your event or join on leagues which are done in affiliation with the World Axe Throwing League.
Had a large team building event there while we were in town. Negatives - in what seemed like a shady part of town. Also lots of lanes open but our party of 20 had to use one lane so a lot of standing around waiting. Place seemed slightly run down. Positives - Experience was very cool. Instructed did a great job. Some games like Jenga, connect4, while you waited, alcohol available, it was fun!

My wife, our 3 kiddos (8,10,13) decided to do something different. We selected this escape room and it was truly a fun experience. Megan was very helpful and showed great customer service. We will have to return and try the other room soon.

Victory Park's premier escape game offers an exciting, unique and challenging experience. Teams of 2-8 players race against the clock to find clues, solve puzzles, and decode the locks to escape the adventure game room within 60 minutes!
We had an absolute blast. These are very well-done rooms. We’ve done 75+, and the two we did here were very challenging. The puzzle master was so helpful and quick at delivering hints if needed. The rooms were very well decorated and the puzzles were great. We hope to go back and do the rest soon. Would definitely recommend.
